Fox hollow post acute is a good nursing home: rehab facility. My mother was give great service and cared for.

We needed post-hospital extended care along with physical rehabilitation for my mother for two months. After visiting local options, we selected Fox Hollow Post Acute and where extremely happy with the decision. The entire staff from Admissions (David and Bernice), nursing (Jessica, +++), the Business Office (Erika) and many others where all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and caring. I was out of state for most of my mom’s stay and the staff did an excellent job keeping me informed and updated. I would highly recommend Fox Hollow to provide care of your loved ones in need. My Experience at [FOX HOLLOW REHABILITATION CENTER ] My mom recently completed a [10 DAY length of stay] program at [FOX HOLLOW REHAB] for [reason, physical therapy after a mild STROKE, recovery]. Her time there she experience, challenging but transformative, an a overall positive experience. Staff and Care: The staff truly made a difference in her journey. The nurses and therapists really treated my mom with dignity they were incredibly patient, professional, and attentive to her needs. They took the time to explain her treatment plan and always greeted me with a smile. My mother felt treated with dignity and respect throughout her stay. Treatment and Programs: The program was tailored to her specific situation, which I found very effective. She also participated in occupational therapy and found them extremely helpful in addressing the underlying issues related to her condition. The focus on recovery and skill-building was evident in all the activities. Facility and Amenities: The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and comfortable environment for healing. I appreciated the nutritious meals, quiet meditation areas which contributed positively to her overall well-being. Conclusion: I am forever grateful for the care she received. I would highly recommend [Fox Hollow Rehab] to anyone in need of dedicated and compassionate care for [any condition affecting motor skills]. They gave her the tools and support she needed to get her life back on track. I can’t say enough good things about Fox Hollow Skilled Nursing Facility. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone—from the nurses and CNAs to therapy and administration—goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. The building is always clean and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels like a community rather than just a facility. The team is incredible, helping residents reach their goals with patience and encouragement. Communication with families is excellent, and you can tell the team genuinely loves what they do. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with compassion, dignity, and top-quality care, Fox Hollow is absolutely the right choice.

I am not exactly sure how this place has 4.1 stars. Nurses are not fully trained in some areas that are being promised to family members they are. Last minute training for nurses to be able to assist patients is unacceptable. This is our loved one, and for staff to not be able to do proper positioning because of lack of pillows is ridiculous. Urinal bag should have a privacy bag placed and there was none. Pressed the call light and it took hours for someone to go into the room and when someone did go, all we got was we will let the nurse know. But nurse showed up hours later after we had to press call light again. Again this is our loved one. Patients should be treated with compassionate care and respect. This place is missing it.

I honestly love this place. i have friends that have been here and they have told me they treat them wonderful. they are very nice and helpful. nurses are very knowledgeable and take good care of their patients.

If I could I would give it a zero star! Not attentive to family members and feels like they are understaffed!! Just horrible!!!

Terrible place, doesn’t provide the necessary services that should be. Do not recommend at all.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place for my mom’s recovery from a hip fracture. The therapist made sure mom was ready to go back home safely and walking. The CNA’s were prompt every morning making sure she was bathed and dressed ready to go. Mom is now home but continues praying for the staff at Fox Hollow: Florecita who gave her medication, Nurse Jessica and Sandra, CNA Santita and Piedad, and Dorita who would visit daily making sure mom had word puzzles, our family will be forever grateful.
